Every dish is homemade using locally sourced products where possible. All our meats are from animals that are treated with dignity. Our seafood is from sources that are sustainable and are diver caught wherever available. We only use oils that have a low or zero trans fats count. Should you have special dietary requirements, please ask. As all our food is produced on the premises recipes can be adapted.
